About us
Shiklo is an independent software studio. We started with a simple belief: everyday tasks, such as joining two PDF files, shrinking a photo or taking your first steps in programming, should not require installing software, creating yet another account or sending private documents to a stranger's server.
So we build tools that do the work inside your own web browser. Modern browsers are powerful enough to edit documents, convert media and even compile programs, which means your files can stay with you while you get the job done in seconds.
Our second product, Shiklo Programming, grew from the same idea. Learning to code is easier when you can try every example yourself straight away, with a real compiler and helpful explanations of the errors every beginner meets.
We keep improving both products every week, and we are working on making them available in many more languages, so that people around the world can use them in their own language.
